Located in Geneva, on the Champel plateau, the building is located on a plot of land with exceptional vegetation (hundred-year-old oaks).
The project to fit out Cotecna's premises follows on from the vacating of floors 3 and 4 by Banque Piguet Galland. The design programme was developed in close cooperation with all the company's employees.

The modularity of the building, and in particular the regular distribution of the technical elements and ceiling grids, made it possible to adapt the new partitions without difficulty and without major and costly intervention.
The standardisation of movable wall elements has also enabled the reuse of existing walls, thus greatly reducing fitting out costs.
The intervention in the building on Avenue Peschier confirmed without a doubt the important modularity of the original building, which allows the modification of the distribution of the premises with a moderate cost of works.
